What Our Lifetime Warranty Includes
Our warranty offers the following protections:
- Defects in Materials and Craftsmanship: Should your jewelry show any signs of a manufacturing flaw, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
- Stone Security: We guarantee that all stones are securely set. If a stone falls out due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free repair or replacement. Please ensure that the stone is not missing due to any accidental damage or other factors.
- Metals and Finishes: Any issues with the integrity of the metal or finish, such as premature tarnishing or discoloration arising from manufacturing defects, will be repaired at no cost. Such issues typically appear within the first few weeks of wear.
Exclusions to the Warranty
Please note that the following are not covered under our Lifetime Warranty:
- Normal Wear and Tear: This includes the gradual signs of use such as scratches, dents, and prong wear that naturally develop over time.
- Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from mishandling, exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, bending, or physical trauma is not covered.
- Loss or Theft: Unfortunately, we do not cover lost or stolen items, including any lost stones.
- Alterations: Any repairs or modifications made by third parties will void the warranty.
- Silver Tarnishing or Fading: Silver jewelry, which often features a layer of plating, may tarnish or fade over time with regular wear. This is a natural process and is not considered a defect. To help maintain your silver jewelry, we offer free re-plating within the first year of purchase. After one year, re-plating is available for a nominal fee of $30 per item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for re-plating.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, kindly follow these steps:

- Provide your proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation.
- Describe the issue with your jewelry and include supporting photos or videos, if possible.
- Upon receiving your claim, we will review the details and guide you through the process of sending your item for inspection and repair.
Duration of the Warranty
This Lifetime Warranty is offered exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It remains valid as long as you own the jewelry.
