Refund policy
Overview
At EPI Jewelry, we aim to ensure you feel satisfied and assured with your purchases. Hence, we provide a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition, provided you reach out to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Cancellation

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment: Full refund with no cancellation charges.

Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipping: A 30% fee will apply to the order total.

Once the order has been dispatched: Cancellations are no longer allowed, and standard return terms will apply.

Custom, engraved, re-sized and production-started orders: Cannot be canceled.

Mandatory cancellation for custom/engraved/production orders: A 35% cancellation charge will be applied.
Return

Valid period: Requests must be made within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Condition requirements: Items must be unused, in brand-new original state, with full original packaging.

Applicable deductions: Original shipping cost + a $20 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.

Refund amount: Total item cost minus original shipping and $20 restocking fee.

Return shipping fees: To be paid by the customer.

Custom / engraved / resized products: Returns are not permitted; any forced return will incur a 35% processing fee.
Additional Conditions

Returns submitted without prior approval will not be processed.

For non-quality-related returns, all products must be sent back in their original, unworn, unmodified condition to maintain resale value.

Any free gifts or promotional items must be included with the return; otherwise, their full retail value will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to decline returns if the products are not in acceptable resalable condition.

All return and exchange requests must be filed within 30 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped with a tracking number; untraceable packages will not be processed.

Note: Do not return your package to the address printed on the outer shipping label. This is not our return address and will cause delays.
Exchange

Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery.

Items for exchange must be unused, undamaged, and returned with complete original packaging.

Customer is responsible for both return shipping and the new outgoing shipping fees, regardless of price difference.

When exchanging for a lower-priced item: The price difference will be calculated and refunded after deducting round-trip shipping and a $20 restocking fee.

When exchanging for a higher-priced item: Customer covers the price difference plus all related shipping costs.

Custom-made, engraved, and re-sized items are not eligible for exchanges.
Return & Exchange Progress
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team to obtain authorization.
Step 2: Pack & Ship the Item(s)
Include a copy of your return details with the order number, full name, and email address. The package should be sent via a traceable method.
Step 3: Await Return Confirmation Email
We will email you a confirmation once we receive the goods and process your return within 5 business days.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- If the return is due to the consumer’s reason, like dislike, don’t match the existing jewelry, order the wrong size, etc., the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee will depend on the shipping company you choose.
- If the return is due to our error, such as manufacturing defects, wrong items, incorrect engraving, we will issue a return shipping label or reimburse customers the return shipping cost.
Non-Refundable Items
- Clearance Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Items that have been worn or sent as replacements/exchanges are non-refundable.
- Customized items cannot be returned for refunds.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be transferred, returned for cash, or redeemed for cash value. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases using the same gift card reference code. EPI is not liable for lost or stolen gift cards.
