Shipping policy
Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Enjoy free DHL or FedEx international priority shipping worldwide on every order at EPI. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days. Most of our items are made to order which takes business days for production before shipment, so you will receive the order in 13-19 business days or so after it’s placed. We have some popular items in stock which can be shipped out within 2 days upon ordering; that means you will receive the stock order in 5-7 business days.
EPI is committed to timely delivery of your order. However, please note that delivery delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. We may use alternative shipping methods to ensure your order reaches its destination by the intended delivery date. In the rare event of tampering or loss during shipment, please contact EPI as soon as possible.
Shipping Address
For your protection, EPI requires delivery to a physical business or home addresses only; we do not ship to P.O. boxes or hotels or military addresses.
If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us at service@epijewelry.com as soon as you place the order. Once your order has shipped, we cannot reroute the package.
It is the responsibility of customers to provide a correct and complete shipping address. EPI are not responsible if a package is returned to sender or goes missing due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Duties & Taxes
EPI provides free international shipping, but does not cover any duties or taxes. Customers are therefore responsible for any of these charges and any customs related processes. If carriers charge you when delivering, it is not the shipping cost but the duties and taxes required to clear customs. Please consult your local customs office for further details.
Delivery
DHL/FedEx are EPI's nominated couriers with signature service; USPS and Yunexpress are also available for shipping. To ensure secure delivery, DHL/FedEx require a signature from you or a family member upon receipt. If no one is available at the shipping address, DHL/FedEx will typically contact you by phone. We strongly recommend arranging a new delivery time during the call for in-person signature, or requesting the package to be held at their facility for your convenient pickup. USPS and Yunexpress deliveries do not require an adult signature.
If you choose to waive the signature service and authorize DHL/FedEx to leave the package at your shipping address, please note that neither DHL/FedEx nor EPI will be able to provide compensation in the event of loss.
Remote Area Shipping Policy
While we aim to serve as many customers as possible, certain logistical constraints prevent us from delivering to some remote areas. Currently, we are unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, North Korea, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, and Iran.
